AKC FSS Open Show, San Diego CA, February 23-25
Hello everyone!
The Silver Bay Kennel Club is hosting SIX FSS Open shows, 2 each day, Feb 23-25.

Location is at the Del Mar Fairgrounds near San Diego.

For those interested in showing their AKC FSS registered dogs the deadline is coming up. Entries must be received by the Superintendent not later than NOON, Wed., February 7, 2018 PT.
The following breed classes will be offered at all Open Shows:
4-6 Month, 6-9 Month, 9-12 Month, Bred by Exhibitor, Open Class

On Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30am-2pm is the "Meet the Breed" event. Meet the Breed is an organized function where the public may come, see, and be around dogs from breeds in which they are interested and talk to the breeders, exhibitors, and/or specialty club representatives.
That being said, we could use help at the Kai Ken booth, both/either days! So far we will have one Kai, Mayaa, who will also be in all 6 shows. Any other Southern California Kai owners willing to participate would be greatly appreciated! They do not have to be entered in the shows, but should tolerate friendly strangers. For an idea of the environment, here is a gallery of last year's booths.
