Ok - so I have gone a bit crazy with the videos...

    Yeah Ahi, its fun and games now, wait till Hilo is 100# more than you!


    I know you want Hilo's ears to go up but I love them flopping around!!

    Hilo's whole body sort of looks floppy!  I think he still has to grow into some of his large features, then he'll be more graceful.  He looks gigantic!

    Yes, he is very floppy – he is not an extremely coordinated pup at this point. He is getting there tho. I would be more concerned with his uncoordinatedness except that I Googled some Akita puppy videos and it looks like other Akita pups around his age are just as uncoordinated... Also everything about him seems to point to him being a BIG boy when he grows up, so usually bigger boned puppies are less graceful than smaller boned pups.

    I dunno if you guys actually watch these videos or not, but here is another of Ahi and Hilo eating each other. It sounds very hectic but they are actually being surprisingly gentle.
