Nihon Ken Stuff

So seeing the Shiba Inu plush kickstarter gain traction after I pledged some to it, I realized I don't have a lot of Nihon Ken stuff besides one single thing. I bought this while my husband was stationed in Okinawa for 2 years. It was labelled a Ryukyu dog design, but it doesn't look too much like the Ryukyu dogs I've seen here. Unfortunately I never saw any Ryukyu dogs in Oki, mostly just Shiba mixes due to their smaller size and the fact that the housing there is relatively small. http://imgur.com/a/JcnL8 So out of curiosity, feel free to post any of your Nihon Ken fan gear here. I would love to see some cool stuff I might possibly buy!
  • I'm working on designing some Nihon Ken car magnets now, and possibly some T-shirts/hoodies depending on how well the magnets sell (while I've offered Tshirts in the past for other breeds... I'm in the middle of switching printing companies and transferring designs is expensive). I have the initial designs drawn for the shiba, hokkaido, kai, kishu, and shikoku. I'm sketching out the akita now. Final designs for all of them should be done by next week. I'll keep you posted on their progress :)

I have a few NK things. I don't have pictures of all of them, but I'll post the others once I get a photo of them. But here are some I have posted on Instagram...

@LexterGrace A Hokkaido car magnet?! I WANT. If you put a Hokkaido on something I will probably buy it. I can't help myself.

Wow @WhoBitMe that's so cute! I remember seeing the softbank clock on your instagram!

@LexterGrace I would snatch up a shikoku and a shiba tshirt in a minute! My dad's favorite dog is a soft coated wheaten terrier and he bought a tshirt of the breed and still has it like over 10 years later. He got it after he adopted one, but she sadly broke her leash as a puppy and was hit by a car. My husband prefers car magnets to the bumper stickers I've been wanting to buy since our Mercedes is his baby.

@sunyata I would definitely buy the in action running shiba sticker! Its so cute! The Kai Ken stickers were really nicely done as well.
