Something about that dog
There was a certain shelter dog I couldn't help liking. I was at the shelter with some spitz rescue volunteers, picking which dogs to pull. Sheriff, the german shepherd mix, appealed to me immediately. She wagged her tail and panted as I approached her. After spending some time with her, I asked the rescue to pull her, but they told me that they didn't take shepherds, only spitz. The shelter told me that she had a lot of time, and a good chance for adoption. She's housetrained, leash trained and good with all size dogs.
